About Us

We’re a growing cabinet-making company specialising in the insurance repair sector, known for quality workmanship, reliable service, and a down-to-earth team culture. Our projects range from custom cabinetry to detailed joinery, and as the business continues to expand, we’re looking for someone who can help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

We take pride in what we build — not just our cabinetry, but our team, too.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Admin / Scheduling Assistant to join our office team and support the daily operations of our busy workshop. This role will work closely with the General Manager, assisting with project scheduling, admin tasks, communication between teams, and general coordination to make sure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

We’re open to candidates with prior admin or scheduling experience, but we’ll also consider a junior applicant who demonstrates the right attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn. For the right person, this is a great opportunity to grow into a key role within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily and weekly job scheduling

Communicate with builders, clients, suppliers, and installers to confirm site dates and updates

Help prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and job documentation

Track project progress and keep job management systems up to date

Support the General Manager with administrative and coordination tasks

Maintain clear communication between the office, workshop, and site teams

Handle general admin duties — filing, data entry, phone calls, and emails

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in handling a mix of admin and coordination tasks.

Ideal skills and qualities include:

Strong organisational and time management skills

Clear communication with trades, clients, and suppliers

Experience in an admin, scheduling, or coordination role (construction/joinery background ideal)

Competent with Microsoft Office and job management software

High attention to detail and follow-up

Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team

A calm, professional approach to problem-solving and changing priorities

What We Offer

A supportive, friendly team environment

Full training and mentorship from experienced staff

Opportunity to grow into senior scheduling, estimating, or project admin roles

Stable full-time position with consistent hours
