We are a leading provider of smart technology and energy-efficient solutions, delivering IoT-enabled products and software that support sustainable living. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service & Ticket Handling Officer to join our head office team.
This role will see you managing customer support queries and tickets, providing first-line troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with internal technical teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset who is also comfortable working with technology and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer queries via our ticketing system
Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate software/IoT-related issues as required
Provide clear and professional communication throughout the resolution process
Liaise with internal teams including technical, operations, and product support
Maintain accurate records of tickets and resolutions within agreed SLAs
Contribute to improvements in processes and support documentation
About You
Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or ticketing environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Exposure to software, cloud-based systems, or IoT products advantageous
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Positive, proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
