We’re seeking a versatile Builder to join our Building & Civil division. Reporting to the Building & Civil Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering construction and civil engineering projects across metro and remote locations. This role is ideal for someone with trade experience who thrives on variety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of building and civil construction tasks, including excavation, formwork, concreting, carpentry, demolition, and general site works.

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring works are completed accurately and to standard.

Operate hand tools, small plant, and construction machinery safely and efficiently.

Carry out site preparation, material handling, and general labouring duties to support project delivery.

Work closely with supervisors, trades, and project teams to coordinate activities and meet project schedules.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised worksite at all times.

Travel to metro and remote locations, adapting to different site conditions and environments.

Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.

Complete accurate and timely work documentation, including daily reports and timesheets.

About You

Trade background in building, carpentry, or civil construction (Certifications desirable).

Experience across multiple construction disciplines and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Physically fit and capable of manual work in varying weather and site conditions.

Current driver’s licence and construction white card.

Willingness to work away on remote projects when required.

Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
