  • Hybrid working – 3 days in their beautiful Alexandria office, 2 days WFH

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the voice and heart of the brand, ensuring every customer walks away feeling heard, helped, and happy.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across live chat, phone, email, social media, and even in-store showroom interactions
  • Respond to a high volume of enquiries, always keeping quality front of mind
  • Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Process returns and warranties with a focus on resolving issues and turning problems into positive experiences
  • Hit and exceed key performance targets (NPS, CSAT, CES & OKRs)
  • Identify opportunities to go above and beyond – because good enough isn’t enough
  • Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives
  • Be a champion of the brand in every interaction

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • A natural problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
  • You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional communicator – verbal and written (near perfect English required)
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping people
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Looking for growth and a career path, not just a job
