As the IT Operations Lead, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure, service delivery, and IT operations across the business leading a small team and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and performing at their best.

The Role

• Oversee daily IT operations across multiple sites;
• Lead and mentor the IT support team;
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Server environments;
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements;
• Oversee vendor relationships and IT procurement;
• Support cyber security and governance initiatives; and
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and service delivery performance.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and networking;
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and
• Confident working in fast-paced, professional environments.
