We’re hiring a Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join our team at One Mob Pty Ltd, a proudly Indigenous-owned company trading across three businesses.

This is more than just a recruitment role, it’s an opportunity to play a key part in shaping our workforce and building relationships that drive real change in the industries we serve.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse and dynamic role with real responsibility and variety.

You will:

Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment across multiple divisions and industries.

Build genuine relationships with candidates, guiding them through onboarding and mobilisation.

Develop and nurture business relationships with clients, job providers, and external stakeholders.

Drive business growth through sales, client engagement, and tender opportunities.

Conduct site visits, inductions, orientations, and act as a mentor to candidates on the ground.

Assist with rate research, operational support, and administrative tasks related to recruitment and workforce coordination.

What You’ll Need

Prior experience in recruitment (12 months preferred), labour hire or B2B sales (advantageous, not essential).

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

A positive attitude and accountability for your own performance.

Ability to multi-task and work at speed without losing attention to detail.

Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM/CMS platforms.

Valid Australian driver's licence
