About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial information, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and supporting accurate and timely accounting outcomes. It requires strong technical skills, sound judgment, and an analytical mindset to maintain control and reliability across financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant financial records across all reporting periods.

Prepare and lodge statutory obligations, ensuring timely submission of required returns.

Perform reconciliations to verify the integrity of accounts and financial balances.

Manage insurance schedules, renewals, and claims tracking in line with policy terms.

Support internal reporting and audit readiness through reporting.

Monitor process efficiency and implement refinements to strengthen financial controls.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

1–3 years’ experience in accounting, audit, or financial administration.

CPA or working towards CPA/CA qualification (preferred).

Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.

Understanding of statutory reporting, reconciliations, and accounting standards.

Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
