About the Role

You will be working on a largescale technology merger program.

You will be responsible for developing the integration approach, defining requirements, and coordinating the delivery of integration activities across multiple internal and external teams. This includes overseeing the transformation of core technology ecosystems and supporting data migration and registry migration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration stream to define the strategy, scope, and roadmap for transitioning services and systems.
• Coordinate across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver integration builds.
• Ensure integration solutions support data migration and meet security and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate joint planning workshops and workstream meetings across organisations.
• Oversee delivery across infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of the delivery lifecycle including testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Manage RAID logs, budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Ensure alignment with internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.

About You

• Significant project delivery experience in superannuation, wealth management, investments, or financial services.
• Strong background in M&A integration and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience in SaaS or software delivery, infrastructure, or platform migration projects.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and structured project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components (networks, firewalls, cloud services).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
