What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide concierge services to residents and visitors at a brand-new development
• Handle walk-in queries and assist with key collections and lease handovers for new buildings
• Support feasibility research for upcoming developments
• Collaborate with internal teams across property management, leasing, and finance
• Be out and about, this is not a desk-bound role

The Ideal Candidate:

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and thirst for knowledge
• Previous experience in property, customer service, or concierge roles is a bonus
• Certificate of Registration required (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
