About the role

Grounded on Hotham is seeking a Qualified Chef and a First or Second Year Apprentice Chef to join their team in Traralgon, VIC. This is a full time role with the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines

Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld

Providing input on menu development and improvements

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

Formal cookery qualification or relevant experience as a Chef/Cook

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts.

Food safety and hygiene certification
