About the role

We are seeking a talented Chef Apprentice, Experienced Cook, Well experienced Baristas and Café All-Rounders to join our vibrant team at our brand new cafe, Farmgate cafe & Co' in Clyde, VIC. There are full-time, part time, casual position, offering the opportunity to learn and grow within a thriving hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality, fresh and seasonal dishes for our café customers

Crafting delicious coffee and specialty drinks as an experienced barista

Contributing to a range of café operations, from food preparation to customer service

Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment

Continuously developing your skills and knowledge to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

A passion for food, coffee and hospitality

Relevant qualifications or experience in cooking, barista skills or café operations

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

A team player who is willing to learn and contribute to the success of the business
