About the Roles

Construction & Fit-Out Plumber

Work across commercial and multi-residential projects in all stages of hydraulic construction.

Key responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting hydraulic plans

Rough-in, fit-off, stack work, and pipe installation

Coordinating with site foremen and other trades

Maintaining high-quality finishes and clean site standards

Recording progress using Simpro and SafetyCulture

Adhering to strict safety standards — safety is non-negotiable

Maintenance Plumber

Service a wide range of commercial clients including shopping centres, apartment complexes, retail tenancies, and plant rooms.

Key responsibilities:

Attending emergency and scheduled maintenance jobs

Diagnosing and resolving issues with valves, pumps, TMVs, hot water units, leaks, and complex plumbing faults

Providing clear notes and site photos in Simpro

Participating in an optional, rotational on-call roster

Working safely and respectfully in occupied spaces

Type A gas servicing registration is preferred, but not essential

2nd–4th Year Apprentice Plumber

Learn and grow in a supportive environment with full exposure to commercial plumbing systems.

You will be:

Hands-on with drainage, stack work, rough-ins, and fit-offs

Supported in plan reading, materials prep, and job sequencing

Trained in Simpro and SafetyCulture from day one

Held to strong safety standards and shown the right way to work

Treated as a valuable team member, not just labour

Plumbing Registration or Licence (min. 2 years’ experience)
