About the role

Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse dining operations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and leading our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences. The role is based in our stunning resort located in Exmouth, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Oversight of all food and beverage operations, including our restaurant, bar and catering services

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience and achieve financial targets

Managing, training and mentoring the food and beverage team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

Collaborating with the executive team to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Monitoring and analysing financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and the local community

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior food and beverage management role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership, people management and team-building skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in budgeting and inventory control

Sound knowledge of food and beverage trends, legislation and best practices

Qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
