About the Practice

Chris Gilbert Psychology is a private practice providing therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, parents and adults, with a particular focus on ADHD, Autism, anxiety and behavioural challenges. Consulting rooms are available in both Box Hill and Norwest, with a therapeutic style that emphasises engagement, fun and silliness with children, as well as a down-to-earth and matter-of-fact approach with teens and adults.

About the Role

The role can be structured flexibly as either:

an Independent Contractor (percentage split, flexible hours), or

a Clinical Registrar / Employee (salaried position with included supervision).

The caseload will have an emphasis on children, teenagers and parents, with some opportunities for assessments (Autism, ADHD, cognitive - training available if necessary).

About You

AHPRA Registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist

Eligible for a Medicare provider number.

Evidence-based treatment training (i.e., CBT)

Comfortable working with children, adolescents, families and neurodiverse clients

Proactive, independent and autonomous
