About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar to join our team in Shellharbour.

Days available: Weekdays, plus optional after-hours or weekends.

Flexible contractor role with full support and autonomy.

Work with a values-driven practice that prioritises accessibility, clinician wellbeing, and evidence-based care.

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar

Experience in ACT, Schema Therapy, or trauma-informed care.

Warm, professional, and collaborative approach

Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing psychological treatment within your scope (individuals, couples, children, assessments)

Delivering evidence-based interventions

Maintaining high professional standards

Benefiting from existing referrals and admin support

Working independently in a quiet, private office space with a connected team behind you

What We Offer

80/20 split (super included in your 80%)

Full admin & booking support – spend your time in session, not on paperwork

Supervision and case support for ongoing growth - Free supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor.
