About the Role
Our Client is seeking a versatile Business Analyst/Test Analyst to translate business needs into practical, high-quality solutions. You’ll facilitate workshops, shape user stories and processes, and partner with developers to deliver scalable enhancements on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll also design and execute test strategies (functional, integration, regression and UAT) to assure outcomes aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and prioritise requirements; map As-Is/To-Be processes.
• Translate needs into user stories and functional specs for delivery teams.
• Plan, build and execute test cases/scripts; manage defects to closure.
• Coordinate UAT and validate solutions against acceptance criteria.
• Prepare clear artefacts: business cases, reports and training inputs.

About You

• 3+ years as a BA and/or Test Analyst in fast-paced change.
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Sales/Service) experience.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation; process modelling and documentation.
• Proven testing across web/API/microservices; comfortable with Jira/Xray etc
• Bonus: Power Platform, SQL/Java, automation frameworks, CPS 234 exposure.
