About the role

Cincotta Discount Chemist Wagga' is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role is an integral part of our pharmacy operations, supporting our Pharmacists in providing exceptional customer service and care.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to patients

Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed

Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the pharmacy

Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and legislation

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology

Proficient in using computer systems and technology

A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
