We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and community-driven coaches to join our growing team at BFT Freshwater. We have multiple opportunities available, including a Full-Time Head Coach and several Casual Coaching roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a coach at BFT Freshwater, you are responsible for delivering our science-backed training program, which is built around progressive 8-week training blocks that combine strength, cardio, and conditioning.

Thanks to BFT's heart-rate technology, on-screen programming, and coach-led session delivery, you will have the freedom to use your knowledge and skills to provide a personalised experience within an energetic group environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-energy BFT group training sessions

Coach members through correct form, progression, and technique

Provide personalised feedback and movement modifications

Support with onboarding new members and building community

Bring consistency, professionalism, and positivity to every session

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Cert III in Fitness (Mandatory)

Cert IV in Fitness (Preferred)

Strong coaching presence and communication skills

A genuine passion for fitness, people, and performance

Experience in group training or coaching (preferred, not essential)

A team-first mindset with the initiative to lead from the front
