About the Role
You will manage end-to-end accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees across the business. You will work closely with the Finance Lead and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle payroll.
- End-to-end Accounts Payable and receivable.
- Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management
- Bank reconciliations.
- Assist Finance Lead with month-end reporting, and other ad hoc tasks.
About You
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxes, and superannuation
- Comfortable handling high-volume transactional tasks with accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisation and time management
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
- Able to start quickly — ideally, immediate or 1 week's notice
