Little Bloke Fitness is seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our delivery/installation functions as we supply gym equipment across Australia.

Over the past 16 years we’ve become one of Australia’s larger strength & conditioning equipment retailers, operating both online and via our showroom in Reservoir. The role
You will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day warehouse operations: order picking, packing, stock control, restocking, labelling
Booking, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
Supervising drivers and warehouse staff, and delegating daily tasks as required
Overseeing periodic stocktakes, reorganising storage layouts, and maintaining warehouse order
Arranging and participating in delivery and installation of equipment at customer sites (when required)
Assisting with occasional local deliveries
Ensuring workplace safety, compliance, and clean, efficient operations
Handling warranty processing, coordinating local deliveries and supporting ad hoc warehouse tasks
You will take ownership of our warehouse operations in a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring everything from order fulfilment to site installations runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (ideally 2+ years)
Are motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Enjoy hands-on work and mechanical problem-solving
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to adapt
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence (and consent to checks)
Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory
Are comfortable with manual tasks and occasional heavy lifting
Are proficient in general computer skills
A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of gym and fitness equipment will be highly regarded
This is a hands-on role — you’ll roll up your sleeves and work directly in the warehouse, but you’ll also be responsible for coordinating our drivers and casual staff, improving processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a role for someone who wants to take ownership, not just follow instructions.
