Your Role

In this new role, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll:

Align and deliver people and culture initiatives that drive engagement and performance.

Lead talent acquisition and build robust pipelines for future growth.

Design and launch graduate and early-career programs.

Champion inclusive hiring and positive onboarding experiences.

Advise on performance, engagement, and change.

Support learning and development programs, and drive wellbeing initiatives.

Be a trusted advisor and culture builder.

Lead HRIS rollout/optimisation.

Be the go-to for employees, facilitating day-to-day operational People and Culture needs.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in People and Culture, Business, or related field.

Proven generalist experience in People and Culture, ideally in startup or scaling environments.

A relationship builder, communicator, and coach.

Sound understanding of Australia employment law and industrial relations.

Hands-on, adaptable, and customer focused.

Experience with HRIS implementation or optimisation, preferably Employment Hero or Elmo.

Thrive in a fast-paced, growth setting.
