About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the executive team. You will oversee all aspects of procurement, logistics, and supply chain performance while leading a team of up to six.
You’ll play a key role in driving strategic improvement and operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s procurement and supply chain function end-to-end.

Develop and execute a group-wide supply chain strategy focused on value creation and efficiency.

Drive supplier performance and build strong commercial partnerships.

Oversee subcontractor management, materials sourcing (including steel), and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with senior leaders to align supply chain strategy with business goals.

About You

You’re a commercially savvy leader who thrives on driving performance, strategy, and people development.

You will bring:

Proven experience in supply chain and procurement leadership.

Strong background in large-scale materials procurement — ideally within construction, metals, or manufacturing.

Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable value.

Leadership capability to mentor a team and influence at executive level.
