The Opportunity

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll take ownership of contract management across a major multi-stage development, overseeing head contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and cost control to ensure seamless commercial performance.

You’ll partner closely with the Commercial Manager and project leaders, working across all phases to drive value, efficiency, and compliance on one of the most ambitious projects in the state.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end administration of head and subcontracts, from negotiation to close-out.

Oversee procurement and supplier engagement to achieve best-value outcomes.

Track budgets, monitor costs, and implement accurate forecasting and reporting systems.

Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.

Provide clear, actionable insights and reporting to senior management.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline.

5+ years’ experience in contract administration within large-scale construction.

Proven delivery across complex residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects.

Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and cost management principles.

Excellent communicator and negotiator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
