The Opportunity
Step into a Senior Contract Administrator role with a builder/developer delivering major multi-residential developments across Brisbane. You’ll work across office and site, supporting project delivery, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to key decisions alongside an experienced PM. You won’t be managing a team of CAs, so you have the freedom to focus on hands-on project work and making a real impact on landmark developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead CA on iconic multi-res projects across Brisbane
• Collaborate with the PM and consultants to drive project outcomes
• Use Jobpac to track costs, progress, and documentation
• Contribute to key project decisions and bring landmark developments to life

What You Bring

• Experience as a Contract Administrator on multi-residential projects
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cost-control skills
• Proficiency in Jobpac ideal but not a dealbreaker
