Trifecta have partnered with a long standing client, who have been in operation for decades. They are a high tiered builder who deliver high rise projects throughout Melbourne’s inner suburbs. They primarily deliver Commercial, Apartments, Hotels, Government and Aged Care projects up to $200m build cost. Due to a string of recently won projects they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team to work on up and coming projects.

Your new role
As a Senior Foreman you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating trades across multiple stages of the project.
• Managing and training Foremen and other site team members.
• Ensuring the project is being run smoothly from start to finish.
• Wholly responsible for $100m+ commercial builds as First in Command on the job.
• Working alongside the PM and other site team members to ensure timely delivery of the project, maintaining program and OHS practices.

What you need to succeed

• Multiple years’ experience as a Site Manager.
• Local Australian experience working within the top tier building space as a Supervisor.
• The ability to manage all stages - Structure through to completion.
• Ideally from a Carpentry, Diploma/Cert IV or Degree background.
• Software experience – Procore, HammerTech, Aconex or BuildPass ideally.
