IMMEDIATE START - Head Chef/Sous Chef/Chef de Partie
Full time Head Chef role in fast-paced fine dining, live jazz and blues venue in the heart of East Fremantle. Ability to create menus, direct junior staff and cater for functions up to 200 pax.
Duties will include:
Menu design
Ordering
Protein butchery
Food preparation
Fast-paced section service
Training and directing staff
Food costings
4 to 5 services a week, approx 30-35 hours. Entree, main, dessert service for 80 to 120 pax per night. Suits someone ready to make a name for themselves to match the venue’s fine reputation.
