With a hybrid-first setup, you’ll balance three days in the office with the flexibility to work from home. You’ll take ownership of analysis and delivery across a transformation agenda spanning systems, processes and data – enabling smarter, faster and more modern operations.

Two opportunities are available: one focused on core transformation and systems, the other on data, reporting and automation.

Here you’ll run multiple concurrent workstreams – from mapping current and future state for a new claims system, to supporting delivery of an interim analytics solution and defining requirements for a future data warehouse. You’ll also assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities using AI or RPA, and help modernise how the organisation operates.

This isn’t a PMO-heavy environment. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, right-size the approach, and deliver practical outcomes that stick. The roles are highly visible, with direct executive exposure, and your work will shape how the organisation modernises over the next three years.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple transformation workstreams
  
  
• Map current state processes and define future state models and requirements
  
  
• Gather and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
  
  
• Engage executives and SMEs to validate needs and shape practical solutions
  
  
• Support vendor selection, solution design, testing and implementation
  
  
• Partner with technology and data teams to align systems, data and reporting
  
  
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate workflows using AI or RPA
  
  
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to program-level planning and delivery
  
  

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of business analysis experience across both business and technology projects
  
  
• Experience with enterprise or insurance platforms, claims systems, or data/reporting solutions
  
  
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills (BPMN preferred)
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver to agreed scope and timelines
  
  
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  
  
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches – able to right-size to context
  
  
• Hands-on, pragmatic style with energy, positivity and resilience
  
  

Melbourne-based, with flexibility (3:2 hybrid model) to attend the CBD office as needed.
