About the role
As our Senior Data Analyst, you’ll drive data-driven decision-making by developing Power BI solutions, analysing complex datasets, and ensuring accurate KPI reporting. Reporting to the Data and Insights Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create insightful dashboards, streamline data processes, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance business performance.
As our Senior Data Analyst, you'll also:
- Develop, deploy, and optimize Power BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage data modelling, SQL queries, and data validation for accurate insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Power BI, including reports and dashboards, dataflows, DAX, and semantic data modelling.
- Strong experience in SQL queries and views.
- Strong experience in analytics and business intelligence.
- Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Proven stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in membership, marketing, finance and people support will be an advantage
