A dynamic and fast-growing Design & Construct developer based in North-West Sydney is seeking experienced Architecture Graduates and Technicians to join and support its expanding in-house design team. Specialising in housing projects, including student accommodation and mixed-use developments, this emerging team is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects

Provide technical input and expertise across various stages of design

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success

Maintain design integrity and intent through all phases of the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Assist in producing high-quality design and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD

Participate in BIM collaboration with guidance from senior team members

Support site activities as required

Thrive within a supportive, detail-focused, and collaborative office culture

Skills and Experience

Relevant qualifications in Architecture or related discipline

Full Australian working rights (essential)

Strong Revit proficiency (essential); experience with AutoCAD is advantageous

Demonstrated experience in Australian architectural practices, particularly in multi-residential and Class 2 buildings

Interest or experience in modular construction is highly regarded

Ability to work across all stages of a project from concept to completion

Solid technical skills in documentation and project delivery

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
