This is a great opportunity for an Architect or Experienced Graduate to join a small tight-knit studio to work across a range of interesting projects in Private Residential, boutique mid-rise Housing, and some Retail too! Collaborating with the Director, you will work mostly autonomously and have full control of your projects from initial concept through to site and delivery stages. The team are a very flat structure and super supportive.

There are great progression opportunities in this role, with the potential to work towards becoming a director in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Develop projects in concept and manage the production through to site stages

Coordination with consultants and client liaison

Produce concise construction documentation and detailing

Influence design direction of the studio

Skills and Experience

Strong Revit skills important

Portfolio of similar project with examples of project leadership

Local project experience on small-mid- sized House projects

Autonomous working knowledge of NCC and BCA
