Employment Term: Permanent Full-Time (76 hours per fortnight)
Location: Caboolture + May require travel from time to time.
Remuneration: $55.72 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are seeking an experience Service Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our new program ‘Pathways to Change’ within the Family Protection portfolio. The Pathways to Change program provides case management, individual targeted counselling and group facilitation within a behaviour change program for a range of clients who are referred, due to their use of violence and abuse within their intimate relationships with prioritisation given to referrals from the Electronic Monitoring pilot.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to staff within the Service with a focus on ensuring quality supervision, professional development and performance management
Provide leadership for a small case management, counselling and domestic and family violence perpetrator program
Provide service level knowledge and practice leadership, acting as a point of contact for UnitingCare consultations.
In consultation with the State-wide Manager, manage the program within budget and contribute to the budget planning cycle
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary Qualification (minimum Bachelor level) in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology or Social Science)
Previous experience in providing services to children and families, particularly in the field of Domestic and Family Violence and Men’s Behaviour Change.
Demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve service performance outcomes together with an ability to provide quality supervision and training.
Current Queensland Driver’s License
Working with Children Check - Blue Card
