Employment Term: Permanent full-time opportunity (76 hours per fortnight)
Location: Rockhampton
Remuneration: $60.27 per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
The Family and Child Connect (FaCC) Service provides information and advice to people seeking assistance for children and families where there are concerns about their wellbeing. The Service provides information and advice based on an assessment of the family’s needs or connects families with the right support.
Assessment Service Connect (ASC) provides short-term support to families, conducting a thorough needs assessment and supporting engagement with long-term ongoing supports.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service in Rockhampton, Gladstone and Emerald.
Provide professional leadership to a team of Assessment and Engagement Workers with emphasis on delivery of high quality, best practice service delivery.
Work cooperatively across UCQ programs to derive maximum benefit for people accessing services.
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology or Social Science) as required by relevant service contracts.
Previous experience in service delivery management
Previous work experience in providing services to children and families
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and licensing requirements associated with the service
Current Drivers Licence
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
