About the role

We are seeking a responsive, diligent and service-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our valued Bedshed team. When working from the warehouse, you will handle inbound and outbound stock, pick/pack orders, assist with inventory management, operate the forklift and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

On the road, you will plan the shortest delivery route, contact customers prior to arrival and confirm the estimated delivery time, unload the furniture and ensure all paperwork has been accurately processed. Sometimes you will need to assemble furniture, so some technical aptitude would be great.

With a keen eye for detail (keeping a tidy workspace is important to you), you’re good at following process and work hard to get the job done. An organised and reliable team member, you take pride in delivering quality service.

Passionate about doing the best by the customer, you realise the importance of maintaining Bedshed’s great reputation by effectively communicating, delivering on promise and achieving scheduled timelines.

Skills

You will need the confidence and communication skills to work with team members and provide a service to customers as their last point of contact. A current driver’s license is essential as well as a willingness to obtain a forklift/stock pickers license.
