About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Carpenter to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects. This is a hands-on position that also involves leadership and mentoring, ensuring each job meets our exacting standards.

You’ll be involved in:

Architectural renovations, decks, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and custom remodeling solutions

Hands-on carpentry across all stages of construction

Leading and mentoring team members on-site

Full-time, permanent role with overtime opportunities

3-month probationary period

About You:

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You’ll bring:

Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience; leadership or Leading Hand experience is a plus

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, can-do attitude

White Card, valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and tools

A genuine passion for quality workmanship
