About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a big plan. You will be an intergral part in growing a small team to a much larger team as a Operations Manager of a well known Finance Brokering Firm. The full-time position based in Inner West Sydney, you will be responsible for leading and growing our dynamic brokering firm within the Banking & Financial Services industry.

You will have full support of the CEO who has over 30 years of goodwill in the industry. You will have your tools of trade and inheret a small dedicated team to help achieve the business goals.

What you'll be doing

Tapping into the goodwill from over 30 years that the firm has already established.

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the firms revenue based on already existing client data base and service offerings.

Be very sales orientated and help convert warm leads

Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brokering firm, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Manage and mentor a dedicated small team and have them ready for growth

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Drive & lead to the overall growth and success of the firm.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) in account and relationship management within the finance brokering industry

Proven track record of leading and growing a successful finance brokering firm

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

In-depth knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or a related field
