Children’s Village Northmead opened in 2023 and is licensed for 92 places. We are now seeking a dedicated and inspiring Nominated Supervisor/Director to join our team and help shape a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–6 years, while also working towards increasing occupancy at the centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving, purpose-built service, guiding both educators and families in creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging community—while working closely with a dedicated and qualified Educational Leader.

About the Opportunity

As the Nominated Supervisor/Director, you will lead our team of educators, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with families. You will support the centre in maintaining our very strong “Meeting” rating (high-end) while driving continuous improvement towards achieving an “Exceeding” rating.

What We Are Looking For

✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) / Diploma in Early Childhood Education

✔ Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director

✔ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

✔ A passion for mentoring and inspiring a team of educators

✔ Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture

✔ Dedication to building strong, collaborative relationships with families and the community

Our Approved Provider brings more than 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and currently operates five successful centres across NSW. Holding a Master of Education, she is a supportive and collaborative leader, dedicated to mentoring her teams and working towards achieving Exceeding outcomes across all services.
