The Role
Working closely with the ELT, your role will be to drive innovation and growth through the uplift of global P&C frameworks, technology and strategy. With a full diagnostic of all people functions, you will project manage change in key areas that impact performance and growth.
Working to create a strategic plan that compliments the overarching business goals, considering workforce, talent and succession, competency matrix, remuneration and rewards, performance, employee experience. Working with a small team that will grow with the business, ensuring the full employee life cycle is robust and compliant, developing team and the existing business culture. Salary circa $220k, with performance incentives and a hybrid work environment. Location is Melbourne's East.

The Fit
Credentialled in HR and having worked in the Tech sector, you are a Generalist who has gained leadership experience and worked closely with the ELT and CEO. You also bring exposure with a global firm.
Systems literate, highly commercial and with the communication skills necessary to influence, collaborate with and engage broad stakeholders and teams, you have the experience to drive cultural transformation and strategic change initiatives including the implementation of HRIS.
