Due to our growth, we are now recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Fleet and Government Sales Specialist to join one of Melbourne's prime commercial retailers, Mercedes-Benz Waverley, in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs.
About the Role: As a Commercial Vehicles and eVans Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses, providing tailored solutions to meet their commercial vehicle needs. You will be crucial in driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with businesses, fleet managers, and commercial vehicle decision-makers in the local area.
- Understand client requirements and provide expert recommendations on the Mercedes-Benz lineup's most suitable commercial vehicles and eVans.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our commercial and eVan range.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore financing options and finalise contractual agreements to secure successful sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in electric vehicle technology.
- Provide post-delivery support and assistance to clients.
About You:
- Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, including electric vans, and familiarity with the Mercedes-Benz brand are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Understand electric mobility and sustainable transportation solutions.
- Valid driver's license is required.
