About the Role

Title: Education Sales Specialist

Compensation: $80k – $180k+/year (based on performance)

Type: Full-time

Location: Melbourne-based (hybrid) or remote within Australia

As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents enquiring about our program. Your role is to understand their child’s challenges, share how our system works, and guide them into the right solution. This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly shape the future success of students — and you’ll be rewarded based on the value you create, not just the hours you put in.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

Smart: You’ve always been a high-achiever — whether that was excelling at uni, scoring a 90+ ATAR, or being the one who consistently outperformed your peers. You learn fast and expect a lot from yourself.

Ambitious: You don’t settle for “good enough.” Like a top-tier athlete, you’re competitive, driven, and willing to put in the extra effort that others won’t. You thrive in high-performance environments where results matter.

Committed: You’re someone who goes all-in on whatever you do. You don’t spread yourself thin with distractions — when you commit, you bring focus, energy, and follow-through until the job is done.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in sales or consulting (any industry)

Experience tutoring (or being tutored yourself)

A 90+ ATAR (or deep knowledge of the education space)
