Junior to Intermediate Estimator | Sunshine Coast | Fast Growing Construction Crew | $90k–$110k + Growth Path + Flexible Hours

We’re ANCO, a young and fast-moving carpentry and construction company delivering residential and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast and SEQ.
We’re growing quickly and looking for a junior to intermediate estimator who’s sharp, motivated, and ready to step into a role with real ownership, flexibility and progression.

This isn’t a corporate desk job. You’ll be hands-on across take-offs, BOQs, sourcing trades, pricing our own builds and tender submissions, working directly with our directors and site teams to keep jobs running tight and profitable.

What you’ll be doing
• Preparing detailed take-offs and BOQs for carpentry and full build projects
• Pricing residential and commercial scopes including framing, cladding and fixout
• Sourcing and negotiating with trades and suppliers
• Sourcing new leads, submitting tenders, variations and quotes
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to manage budgets

What we’re looking for
• 1–5 years estimating experience in residential or light commercial construction
• Good understanding of carpentry, framing and fit-out scopes
• Confident using Excel, Buildxact, Blue beam or similar (or keen to learn fast)
• Detail-driven, organised and proactive – we value initiative over job titles
• Someone who wants to grow with a company that’s building momentum
