We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. If you possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar leadership role on local council projects completing road reconsruction, concreting, asphalt and drainage projects, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on leadership to the construction team.

Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project objectives.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman within local council sector including hands-on involvement.

Strong understanding of various civil construction projects, including Road Reconstructions, Streetscapes, Roundabouts, LATMs, Drainage, and more.

Valid tickets and White Card are required.

Hands on concreting experience is a significant plus.

Desirable: Excavator tickets and experience.
