You’re someone who:

Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship

Enjoys hands-on work and seeing the results of a job done right

Stays calm and focused, even when working at heights or under pressure

Is well-presented and respectful in client-facing situations

Works cleanly, safely, and efficiently with minimal supervision

Wants a stable, long-term role — not just a short-term gig

🧱 Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Installing window films at residential and commercial sites

Preparing surfaces, measuring accurately, cutting and applying films

Driving to various jobs across Melbourne (vehicle required)

Taking job photos and updating project info

Working with 3M, Avery Dennison, and Solargard films

Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

✅ What You’ll Need

Hands-on tinting or similar trade experience preferred

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Australian working rights

A strong work ethic and practical mindset
