At Kings Roller Shutters and Property Kidd Shutters & Blinds, we deliver high-quality roller shutters, blinds, security screens, and outdoor shading solutions across Perth and Western Australia. Known for excellent workmanship, strong customer focus, and premium products designed for security, comfort, and style — we are growing and seeking a motivated Sales Admin to join our team.

Location:
Perth, WA (Malaga-based, with travel to client sites as required)

Role Purpose:
To generate new sales, manage leads, and build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. This roll is a physical location, Guiding customers in person and over the phone through the sales process with professionalism and care. While using new aged software and CRM's.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert sales leads for roller shutters, blinds, and security products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Provide accurate quotes and close deals efficiently.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Represent the company at events, trade shows, or builder/partner meetings as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven Sales experience in shutters, blinds, security screens, or similar industries.

Previous experience in scheduling teams and phone line administraiton skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Strong computer skills, and multi tasking abilities.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, well-presented, and organised.

Desirable Attributes:

Knowledge of Kings Roller Shutters and Property Kidd product ranges.

Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools

Creating relationships to builders, property managers, or commercial clients for sales reps to close.
