The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our students and clients. This role is all about warmth, teamwork, and creating positive customer experiences. You’ll answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure every client feels supported and valued.
While the role includes some administrative tasks, the main focus is building strong relationships, engaging with customers, and being part of a collaborative team.
This position is ideal for someone seeking casual work that fits around family, study, or other commitments.
What does that look like on a day-to-day basis?
Customer Support: Answer phone calls and emails, provide accurate information with attention to detail, and guide customers with warmth and professionalism.
Relationship Building: Engage with students and clients in a friendly, empathetic way, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our existing colleagues to ensure consistent service and a positive team environment.
Problem Solving: Handle inquiries with a positive attitude, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully.
Record Keeping: Update customer details and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in Customer Service (phone or email), Reception, Front Desk or Administration.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and empathise.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g. Google Suite, booking platforms, or CRM systems - training provided if needed).
Hours & Location
🕒 Weekly on Mondays and one other weekday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with occasional additional hours to cover sick leave or annual leave when required
📍 Osborne Park, with free parking available
