Gingin Grass Fed, a leading provider of premium Western Australian grass-fed & free range meat products, is seeking multiple passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Sales Representatives at multiple farmers market locations. We are requiring for both Sales Representatives & Shelf Packers . Can be a great entry level job!

These are casual roles avaliable at our various market locations, offering the opportunity to engage with our loyal customer base and promote our high-quality products.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering queries, and making recommendations

Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing retail space, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and organised

Actively promoting Gingin Grass Fed products, highlighting their unique features and benefits

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Our sales locations requires setup and pack down of a market stall

Championing Gingin Grass Fed's commitment to sustainability and ethical farming practices

We will require some of our successful applicants to tow a trailer. Please include in your resume any prior towing experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry desired, but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

A passion for high-quality, ethically sourced food products and a willingness to learn about our range

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with early morning starts (typically 6am-1.30pm)

Valid Australian driver's licence (manual transmission preferred for trailer towing)

Valid working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa)

Ability to lift and carry items up to 20kg for market stall setup

Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
