The Role

This is a hybrid role where you’ll spend around 50% of your week on the floor coaching and the rest managing the business. You’ll:

🚀 Drive Growth – create & run campaigns, follow up leads, convert trials, and keep the studio thriving.

🏋️ Coach Members – deliver high-energy, motivating group sessions that help people smash their goals.

👥 Lead the Team – support and inspire your team to bring their best every day.

🎯 Manage Operations – ensure the studio runs smoothly and members always have an A+ experience.

💙 Build Community – foster an inclusive, social, and motivating environment where members feel like family.

About You

You’re not just about burpees and barbells, you’ve also got the skills to grow a business and lead a team.

2+ years in group fitness / studio management / sales & marketing

Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher)

Confident, energetic communicator who thrives on connecting with people

Natural leader who can inspire and motivate

Sales-savvy with a passion for growing a community

Loves the fast pace of the fitness industry
