F45 Training Chelsea is on the hunt for a motivated and community-driven Studio Manager to lead our team and grow our studio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine floor hours delivering training with managing all aspects of the studio’s success.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support our coaching team.

Manage staff rostering and studio operations.

Drive sales and lead conversion through proactive follow-up and member engagement.

Create and manage marketing and social media content – stories, organic posts, and local community engagement.

Foster member retention strategies to keep our community connected and thriving.

Deliver high-quality training sessions that reflect the F45 brand standard.

Ensure studio presentation, safety, and compliance at all times.

About You

Proven leadership or management experience in F45, BFT, or similar group fitness environment.

Confident in sales, marketing, and social media storytelling/content creation.

Strong people management and rostering skills.

Experience with MindBody and LoyalSnap (or similar platforms) is a plus.

Passion for fitness, helping people change their lives, and building community.

Organised, reliable, proactive – a doer who takes ownership and makes decisions.
