Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented Menswear Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men’s fashion, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You’ll assist clients in selecting and fitting suits for hire and purchase, ensuring every customer leaves looking and feeling their best.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with suit hire and retail purchases

Provide styling advice on suits, shirts, ties, and accessories

Conduct fittings and take measurements accurately

Maintain store presentation and product displays

Process sales and hire transactions using POS systems

Coordinate with tailors and suppliers to ensure timely customer orders

Assist with stock management and inventory control

Support wedding and group bookings from fitting through to collection

Skills & Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience (menswear preferred)

Strong eye for style, fit, and presentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons

Attention to detail and pride in personal presentation

Basic computer and POS skills

Desirable

Experience in formalwear, suiting, or tailoring

Knowledge of current men’s fashion trends

Ability to sew
