Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service

Lead, train, and roster the front-of-house team to deliver consistent excellence

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on guests

Manage guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Set and uphold high service standards across all areas of operation

Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture

Conduct regular team training and performance development sessions

Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and overall guest satisfaction

Implement and uphold operational procedures and policies

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role

Proven success in a high-volume or premium dining environment

Confident leading and inspiring a diverse team in a fast-paced setting

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Available for both lunch and dinner shifts across a 7-day rotating roster

Passionate about hospitality, food, and wine

Energetic, approachable, and committed to excellence

Professional presentation and communication skills

A genuine focus on guest experience - always willing to go the extra mile
