Owners Corporation Manager
Work in a great South Melbourne based office of 30+ staff, for a leading strata company in a medium density role, up to 3 days WFH after probation.

You will start with a portfolio of typically around 700 lots that will scale up towards 900+, dependant on your capacity and what you wish to earn. You will have admin support and basic training provided.

Properties are mostly residential medium density and around inner suburbs to CBD.

Hours: Monday to Friday ~9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking undercover at office, free provided.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with odd commercial, as described above

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + 2.2's (tbc)

- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc if required are provided (tbc)
- Up to 3 days work from home after probation (or sooner by negotiation is possible)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, with their own similar strata portfolio (medium density)
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
